My self sandip patel, my uan number is "[protected]". I raised a claim for pf withdraw on 14/11/2018, as i can see my claim status is still under progress. I talked to epfo and they told it will settled with in 20 days. But in my case its almost 2 month. I tried to reach thane pfo by calling their customer case number, but it always coming busy and luckily if it rings no one will pick the call. Please help me or guide me for the process.

I close my old pf claim. I haven't uan number this 2011 pf.. So i submitted in form close to the chennai pf office.. But till
Now not enter in system.. I call chennai pf office and i talked one officer she is asking not entered.. I have form submitted slip 21-12-18.. Pf no tn[protected], when will you settled in my pf.. Dear sir, i have applied for pf advance for purchase of a flat for which i required this amount, which is showing rejected with no reason mentioned. Remarks showing as "claim-form-31 (Epf advance) (Construction of house) claim id-dlcpm[protected] member id-dlcpm[protected] has been rejected due to :-". Please provide me the exact reason for rejection. Also, re-initiate the pf advance as i need to do payment/installment for my flat purchase.

I would like to bring to your attention that my pf claim request has been rejected more than 2 times, even though form 15g and pan (Self attested) copies have been sent via courier.
I have been in constant touch with the chennai office via email (Ro. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in) and have sent the scanned copies of the form 15g and pan copy as per their requirement; still my application has been rejected. It has been annoying as, i need the funds due to being unemployed for more than 6 months.
The contact number at the chennai office is always busy, that way we are unable to get clarity on the status of the claims. So, how does an outstation employee get in touch with the concerned office?
I would appreciate, if this issue can be resolved at the earliest.

I reached the chennai epfo organisation and got the forms required for the transfer to be made. I submitted the forms required for the transfer of my pf account money to the other pf account of mine. It is nearly two month and still under process. Kindly state what needs to be done further.

Note : transfer from mh pf account to tn pf account.

I rajkumar dhiman worked with aptech pvt. Ltd from 11-april-2005 to 18-feb-2008. My complaint is regarding the pf that the company provide to their employees which was not being transferred to me after i left job. Once they sent check regarding my pf but it was bounce back due to incorrect banking details therefor i request to kindly forward this complaint as i really want my pf which a part of my earning back. Kindly help me with this.

I was a employee of aegan batteries ltd, having h. O. At - no.52, bhagavathi towers, 4th floor, 33rd cross, 4th block, jayanagar, bangalore.- 560011 and having works at no.26/1 & 27/3, chudagondanahalli village, h. Hosakote, lakkur, hubli, malur taluka, kolar district, karnataka - 563160.
Since december, 2012. My share of p. F was deducted from my salary by the employer and was deposited in my pf account no. Py/krp/0052805/000/000436 and uan no.[protected].

I left the job in 2014 and presently i am unemployed. I applied to withdraw my p. F amount and was informed by the pf office in k. R. Puram, whitefield, bangalore that since my bank account details was not verified by the employer and i need to get it verified. When i tried to approach my employer aegan batteries it came to my notice that the company has closed down its operations and the directors /employees are non tracable.
I tried to interact with local p. F office at lucknow but, they were also not able to help me.
I have been trying since last 2 years to withdraw the amount, sent completed p. F withdrawl form twice to whitefield regional p. F office, but it was rejected each time.

Hence i request kindself to please look into this matter and help me to withdraw the amount.

My uan no is[protected] i have claimed against form31 online and claim settled on 10/09/2018but amounts not yet credited in my account i have registered a gravience on portal but no more satisfactory response, i have already two'times withdraw with same mode, so there is no chance to mismatch any details. Epall the same i have filled asr on 29/11/2018 also but in this case amount not yet credited
Kindly investigate this issue, may be it would fraud,
Kindly inform me the status of this case.

I have submitted my pf form 31 withdrawal process online on 1/12/2018 which was suppose to settle by 10 days from applied but today is 16/12/2018 already 15 days are gone but it was now showing settled on 18th dec.
But my pf withdrawal claim status is settled on 18th dec but amount not deducted from my pf account and not credited in my bank account too.

Our company md davinder singh sethi m/s. Skytone electricals india ltd, 42-43industrial area, nit, faridabad. He is top thief of india. He does not run the company out o[censored]s all. We did not give you anything. Our pf, esi, gratutity and gst, excise duty all are in pending for last 2 years. Sir take him and keep him in jail immediately. At least rs.50crore in his hand. His home is full of stuff. No one knows his truth. His home address b-321, new friends colony, faridabad. And his mob no.[protected]. Pls reid immediate his company and home.

Then i have applied again on the next day 17/12/2018 but this time its showing that the application has not been submitted at field office till date 19/12/2018, i also applied on grievance on 18/12/2018. I am so worried about this i need this money for my studies and i need it by end of this month, please do some thing about this.

Hi, i'm a former employee of india insure risk management services pvt ltd & my last working day with the organization was 30th nov'18, the issue is every month the pf was deducted from my salary however effective apr'18 the same has not been deposited in my pf account. I've been following up with them over email since then but i'm not getting any reply & even if they reply it says "will get back to you shortly". I've joined a new organization & continuing with the same uan number, i'm & will be losing the cumulative interest. Request you to address the issue & provide a solution at the earliest.
