7 months ago I was working with Pamini VNA Mechatronics - Gurgaon, I have worked there for around 2.5 years. ON april 24 2019 I filled form 19 and 10C to get my PF amount after completing my KYC for A/C no and PAN CARD. Its been more than 1.5 months since i applied for my PF claim with UAN[protected] but still the status shows as UNDER PROCESS.
Even i registered a complaint through mail but got no response from EPFO.
Please help me in getting this amount as i need this money for some urgent work.

Respected Sir,

This is with refrence to mismanagement of PF of employees appointed after 2005. The institute is deducting money in the name of PF but not saving in any of PF recognised account. Staff are working since 2009 but are not aware about their PF account number, money deposited, interest, etc. Even in the case of emrgency, they are not able to take advance from their money deducted in the name of PF. They are also getting threats from administration in different ways. Their situation is very pathetic. I request you to take necessary action in this regard.

I've two member ID under same UAN. So to claim the amount, I applied for a transfer claim online. The cheque however got returned to the PF office stating the account number is not correct. And asked me to fill up the reissue form and submit it through the employer.

Now my ex employer has submitted the reissue form to the Malad, Kandivali PF office. And I have no idea how to contact the PF office and get an update on the process.

Every time I applied for online epfo settlement your rejecting by telling claims already settled but in my PF account number their is a sufficient amount how can you reject blindly without checking balance in my Pf account number you have rejected serval time

Delay in settlement of epf & eps account
I have applied for settlement of my epf & eps acount since 13th feb 2019 even if i have added 20 times reminders also to settle my epf & eps account no - or/1198/02293 vide complain

But epfo, ro, bhubaneswar hopefully needs a time period of near about of 1-2 months

Hi,

I hold 3 uan accounts with 3 pf accounts. The companies kept creating a new one instead o[censored]sing the old ones.

I now have quit the employment and i would like to withdraw the whole of pf amount.

The first companies pf is transferred to the second company and the father name in the uan portal of the second company is incorrect. The company is not extending any help as my last working date was in 2016. If i have to withdraw the amount now, what will be the tax deduction against it? Because i do not have pan card updated in the uan portal.

The 3rd companies pf is lying in new uan and that doesn't have a pan card details updated in it. What % of tax would be deducted if i withdraw?

Is there a approach where i can withdraw with less tax deduction/fees?

I had raised online PF transfer request almost 3 months back from Wipro Systems Limited Employees Provident Fund Trust to Tata Consultancy Services Employees Provident Fund. Currently it is still stuck at "Accepted by Field Office" status.

The screenshot has been attached to the complaint.

Can you please me know the estimated time within which the PF transfer would get over? I thought it should have been done within 3 months atleast. I have followed up couple of times from customer care team but got no valid response. I tried sending multiple emails to [protected]@epfindia.gov.in but go no valid response from them as well. Kindly request you to provide your update at the earliest and let me know by when shall my request be completed.

This shows that you have transferred pension fund to new TLM Id 16452 to EPFO office Delhi.
For PF also you are saying they have transferred, but it is transferred to EPFO Delhi not to our Trust account TLMECPF account.
We have not received any such amount or draft in favour of TLMECPF account.
As we are exempted trust so this amount should come directly to our TLMECPF account not to EPFO Delhi.
Please clarify & confirm that in which account you have transferred please share the details.

Form-19 has been rejected in twice mentioning the reason that date of exit is wrong. Date of exit was given earlier 19.07.2018 on the basis of medical separation date from the organization but on the basis of my last contribution deposited was up to 30.04.2018 and date of exit on 01.05.2018. After submission of my joint declaration on 23.04.2019 for correction of date of leaving and full father's name again i have submitted my claim but this has also been rejected for the same reason. This really very painful for me and for my treatment also.

Since march 2019 i have been uploading all the documents as requested by epfo office, vashi. They have been rejecting my request o[censored]pdating my correct dob thrice.
Please note that i had carried all my originals (Pan, aadhar, birth certificate, establishment letter, passing certificate) along with the photocopies in the month of october 2018 which had been verified and approved by the concerned department.
However, on 5th april 2019, they rejected online with a reason to upload aadhar card for verification of dob which was uploaded promptly from my end.
On 12th april 2019, they rejected again with a reason to re-upload with birth certificate or leaving certificate and aadhar scan copy. Aadhar card scanned copy was uploaded second time in a row along with my birth certificate.
On 17th may 2019, my request of changing dob was rejected for the third time with a reason to upload pdf of original aadhar/school leaving or birth certificate and establishment letter etc.
I have uploaded scanned copy of below documents except for school leaving certificate on the same day for their perusal:
• birth certificate
• aadhar card
• establishment letter
• passport
• pan card
I do not possess the original school leaving certificate but an attested copy of it which was not acceptable.
I fail to understand with their comment of asking for an original aadhar card with a never ending list of documents (Etc). I cannot forge with the aadhar card especially when the authorised employee has himself verified and approved all my originals and not just my aadhar card.
This has been extremely painful process of dob change request since the time i first applied for it 9 months ago from now. Original establishment letter was submitted in october 2018 at epfo office, vashi. I have now been asked to upload the scanned copy of it again after 9 months.
I felt like digging a dead body from the grave to trace back a copy of original establishment letter. It is height of testing my tolerance and patience to standby their never ending and repeated request to upload the documents. I do not have any more evidence to prove my dob apart for my ration card now. Probably, my mother is the only witness left if that works.
I hope atleast this time the epfo department will not come up with any other excuse to decline my request. Just hoping that this 9 month unbearable and unfruitful pregnancy period that i underwent to approve my dob at epfo office will deliver a positive result by this month end.

I need to withdraw money from my pf account but when i tried to update my aadhar and pan card details for kyc i get to know there was some issue with name in uan it was not matching with my aadhar/pan card there is a spell issue so i corrected it online on epfo website and it got approve by the employer in 2 days and after that am waiting to get approved by epfo a month ago please approve the name change

My name is ashutosh kumar shahi, i was working in smart value products and services ltd. Address - e-27, sec. 63, noida, up. And i given my 3 yrs. My problem is that company had taken my resignation and my last working date was 12 may 2018 but as per policy company has to pay one month extra salary and they paid. But they have updated my date of exit 12th august 2018 instead of 12 july 2018. I had joined new company on dated 2nd aug 2018. Now i am unable to transfer my of or withdrawal my pf amount. I requested a lots but they are not updating my correct doe. Request you to pls support me.

On my pf account mhban[protected]b0006137_14457225, the document was re-submitted over a month back. This has been approved by my present employer, but pending at mumbai-i (Bandra office) since over a month.

I am unable to get past the toll free number[protected] and other bandra i office numbers since a month. Please assist.

My uan number is[protected]. It is claimed that epfo provides online transfer facility from one employer epf account to another employ epf account when one takes up a new jod. This facility will removal of physical process in epf transfer. I used their website https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberi for online transfer and found no transfer is possible. The error message i get are attached herewith.

My self sharad tiwari. I cliam my pf but showing like this. What is the mean? Cheque. I got payment by cheque at my address or in my bank account.

Claim-form-31 (Epf advance) (Illness) claim id-gnggn[protected] member id-gnggn[protected] is approved for payment via cheque. Payment under process.
