Dear sir/madam,

My uan#[protected]

I have applied for my pf settlement claim through uan portal online.
My bank account details are available in uan portal and it is verified.

When i checked for my pf claim status in uan portal, it says "claim settled".

The following message is displayed in the epfo claim status portal.

Claim form-19 (Epf final settlement) (Resign) claim id-THTHA[protected] member id-THTHA[protected] has been settled. Payment sent on - 23-may-18 via neft.

Claim form-10c (Eps withdrawal/sc) (Withdrawal benefit / scheme certificate) claim id-THTHA[protected] member id-THTHA[protected] has been settled. Payment sent on - 23-maY-18 via neft.

It says the claim is settled but till today the amount is not credited to my account.
It looks like either the neft transaction is not yet initiated or it may have failed.

Kindly help me to know the exact status and when it will be credited to my account.

        Hi, i am mr. Chayansmriti sarkar, uan no[protected], member id-aphyd[protected], i was apply my pf advance claim of rs, 50000 on 05/06/2018, when i checked my claim status on epfo website it was showing that your claim was settled and your payment has sent on 07/06/2018 on your bank account via neft but still amount is not credited my bank account.
        So it is my huble request you to please solve this problem as early as possible.

          I am trying to withdraw my pf through online. So, i tried to do e-kyc of aadhar, pan card & bank account.

          I am getting errors saying that the name in pan card are matching with the name in uan. When i enquired about this, it was told that i need to change the name in pan card.

          When almost all the documents such as pan card, bank account etc are linked with aadhar card, what is the mandatory to link pan also with epf. Then what is the use of linking everything with aadhar??

          And also in the e-kyc linking page, it is asking the name as per that specific documents. When the name match with uan is mandatory, why that page asks name as per the the document.?

          Please simplify the ekyc procedure in epf.
          I tried to withdraw my PF amount. But it shows the error called "Request XML signature verification failed" . I have already added my AADHAR and PAN number to my pf account. But i couldn't withdraw my amount. Kindly provide appropriate solution for this problem.

            I had claim pf from no.31 by online process 06/06/2018 two days my claim is under process but i was check in yesterday cliam status show..

            Claim form-31 (Epf advance) (Natural calamities) claim id-dsnhp[protected] member id-dsnhp[protected] has been settled. Payment sent on - 08-jun-18 via neft.

            But payment is not recievd in my account till time i need urgent money.

            Kindly please help me...

              I had claim my advance pf amount on 09/05/2018. It was approved. And i got the message from epfo office on 17/05/2018. But now it's june 11th. And amount still under process recently i have checked my passbook from epfo service. Pf advance was settled in passbook. I had claim for illness. I need my pf for medical test. Please resolve it soon.

                There is no any resposed by those people.

                  I am mohd ravish and pf is no.[protected] actually from the last 4 month i am unbale to do the job due to desease and becouse of this i had claimed to withdraw my employer's contribution and pension amount but it is very unfortunate that my claim has been settle down by the wrong way like last time. Rs 100 credited in my account and my claim status has been settled. Is it joke that rs 100 credit and close the file.
                  Please explain me why has been done this and how.
                  Becouse i will file complaint from higher officer becouse it is not just about money, it is about system.

                    I am an employee of the institute of child health trust, kolkata, my uan no is[protected]. My epf account no - wb/prb/0014356/0000165. My date of joining in epfo is - 01/10/1998. But in epfo record its showing wrongly as 01/10/1999.

                    I filed a complain with epfo online site (Complain no - pkark/e/2018/01912) but they closed the matter without solving the issue. The epfo park street office has all the challans of 1998/99 submitted by my employer with them so they can check from there if they want to do so. Please ask them to rectify my date of joining in the record of epfo.

                    Attached the letter from my employer dated 18/05/2017 to which epfo office has not replied till date and the my epfo slips of 1997-98 & 1998-99 which clearly shows that i joined in 1998 and not in 1999.

                      I had claim my advance pf amount on 19may2018 and on 24may2018 it was settled and i got the massege on 24may2018 that my amount will b credit in my bank account with in 3 to 4 working days by neft, but now its 9june2018 and amount is not credited, what to i dont know i had claim for illness i need my pf for my medical test and its not done, i had raised a online complaint also but status show under examination at our level its now 16 days.. Please resolve it soon
                      Bad service claim is settled on 24 may 2018 and its returened on 8 june 2018 but its is not reflecting in my pf account very bad, i had claim for illness and i did not get money, if they dont want to give money so why they settled a amount, i dont know where i have to approach for this bad experience from epfo..

                        I have applied for withdrawal of ppf amount. On query it was stated that amount of rs 5000 got credited on[protected] and on[protected]. But on checking my bank a/c, no entry is received for amount rs 5000 on[protected] and[protected].

                        Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful to release the ppf amount.

                          Hi team,

                          My uan number pu/pun/0034224/000/242786 is[protected] is not tagged in epfo portal hence i cannot get actual pf balance in passbook. Please update.

                          Also i raised complaint at epfo portal which they closed by givinge reason for someone else's uan and pf number.

                          Please help to resolve the issue asap as my pf transfer request is in progress.in absence o[censored]pdated pf number against correct uan the money can be lost.

                            I am partha pratim ghosh, i have worked for the organization (Strathspey labs pvt. Ltd.) as manager-human resource from 23rd january 2017 to 7th april 2018. My pf number - wbprb[protected] and uan number[protected], as my pf contribution has been submitted till march 2018 and now i am eligible to claim my pf however i am not able to do that due to some miscommunication has been made from employer;s side. I already spoke to the pf inspector in park street, kolkata division and he asked me to claim via online but i am not able to do that. According to me i have been updated my kyc (Adhaar, pan & bank account details) during my work tenure but due to some inconvenience caused to the digital signature related approval from employer's side i was not able to transfer my entire pf balance to my resent organization when i joined. Now i want to claim my pf money however, as i can see that, there's none of my kyc detail has been approved in my pf account by the employer and somebody has rejected my kyc via company login and i don't know it was intentionally or made by mistake. As i have been relocated in another city and its very hard to survive and i want to claim my pf money (Which is more than 20, 000) to support my family in new delhi.

                            I would like to request you to kindly take care of that issue for me.

They transfer only Employee Share not my Pension Contribution of Rs. 37, 517. I am trying to withdraw 3 times but it was rejected.                                     My name is piyali kar. This is to inform you that my mother-in-law (Archana kar) who is 72 years old is not getting her pension for the last 4-5 months. She has got her last pension in the month of january. Her epf no is wbcal00020704. When she did not get her pension till the end of month march, we went to the bank. There the bank official said we have to go to the regional epf office for retina scan and other verification for aadhar link up. Then we went to regional epf office situated at karunamoyee and there she did all the formalities necessary for aadhar link up. After that we waited for another 2 months but still the pension was not started. At the end of april we got a sms stating “aadhar based jeevan pramaan for ppo no wbcal00020704, pramaan id [protected] has been rejected due to name and dob do not match”. After that as per bank official’s instruction we also changed the dob of aadhar card but as per govt law pension cannot be stopped despite any disparity in aadhar or voter card. She used to get her pension of rs. 1000/ and the taxi fare from our home to epf office is more than rs. 1000/.in this situation, i want to know whether it is justifiable to journey for a lady who is more than 70 years age. What should we do in this situation?
