I’m trying to withdraw pf amount partially, but every time i try atlast it says invalid aadhar number. However, my aadhar number is verified demographically. I wrote an email to their customer service but didn’t received any response. Once i contacted their phone team also and they told issue would be fixed by 04-jun-2018. Issue has been not fixed and still experiencing same problem.

    Hi..

    I checked pf site today's morning, i received below error.

    "error: request xml signature verification failed".

    It indicate issue has not been fixed yet. No option we have to wait...

    We are waiting since 2 months to submit claim and again we are struggling to submit due to technical issue. The issue has to be resolved on priority basis.

      Problem 1
      I am trying to update my aadhaar kyc on uan but every time it gives error that "server has problem, please try after sometime". Let me know how to do kyc aadhaar on uan site.

      Problem 2
      I have downloaded the epfo app and trying to link with uan no and aadhar no, the aadhar verification done with the otp, when i am proceding towards the uan and aadhar linking and generating the otp for that i am facing the issue with

        Today credited amount in my account bt sir my approved amount is 59309 and 19096.2nd amount was successfully credited. Bt 1st amount is 6000 less credited around 53000 something. Plzzz sir help me out

            I was working in a company name concentrix. After approx 2 years, i have claimed the my pf amount on 14 may 2018 when i left that company.

            As i am checking the claimed status, it shows "under process". Several times i tried to contact to pf help line no. I. E[protected]. It always comes busy.
            How long i have to wait for my money.

                link aadhar with uan

                I want to claim my pf, but when i try to claim it, it show aadhar is necessary to linked with uan.

                So when i try to link aadhar with uan, i get this error...
                "aadhaar authentication failed."pi"(Basic) attribute of demographic data did not match.
                "temporary problem at aadhar server. Please try after some time."

                Please suggest me what to do in this case....

                            Hi I am also facing the same issue..I have written mail to [protected]@epfindia.gov.in. They have confirm that there are some technical issue is going in the portal and asked to wait for some days before they resolve the issue..
                            Yes, they responded to my email. They have some technical problem and we have to wait for a couple of days before applying again.

                                  I have also emailed the following department on, ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in, [protected]@epfindia.gov.in, [protected]@epfindia.gov.in( which is no longer in service), and also to ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in .

                                  As there is no response accordingly from any of help desk which is already provided by them, since requesting you to help me with the same.

                                    Hello sir/mam,

                                    My name is shivam pandey and i am writting this mail to inform you about my pf claim which i made on 14th may 2018 but still when i check my status it's showing under process, as far as my knowledge as per the new rule the pf is supposed to be settled within 10 to 15 maximum days and i applied it online but it had past 1 week now and no further action has been taken on it so i went online and saw several complaints about the se thing that how its taking more than month to get it cleared but i am sorry that i don't have that much time i have been jobless past 4 months and now ally savings has also come to an end and o don't have much left so i am in great need of money to manage the daily expenses i hoped as per the statement i will get it in time period.

                                    I have also cc this mail to alot of government employees and minister and will be waiting for your revert as soon as possible. My uan no is[protected] so please look into the matter and try to process it asap cause i am really in need of moneu. Just make sure it doesn't take for time than bieng stated by officials. I have also cc this to consumer court as there are alot of complaints thee about epf too.

                                    I would request you to look into the matter and do the needful, that's all i ask and hope will get

                                      Dear sir,

                                      We have submit pf withdraw form in kernal office on 03.05.2018, reciveng number is hr/ 39818/ 76, name - sanjay kumar,

                                      We have recived amount rs 47005.00 from pf office. But we have not recived rs 21629.00 which is the part of pension fund.

                                      We have talked in pf officer say that pension fund have been sent between 15 days.

                                      But we have not recived any amount of above in my account.

                                      Kindly request to plz take neccesary action & send my pension amount in my bank account. Bank account has been submitted on that day.

                                      Due to urgent requirement I have sent 5 times request for online claim, but this is rejected all times with reason of Claim is already settled in 2014.

                                      In our office I have lots of examples which you have settled claim 2-3 times within current year.

                                      Can you please let me know why my claim is rejected
