My name is jagannath amabadas gaddam, (Uan :[protected], i worked in kanand corporation (http://www.kanandcorp.com/) as a us it recruiter from april 2016 to april 2017. Before joining this company i used to work in panchshil reality (A2z online services pvt ltd) and i had an active uan[protected] account.
While joining kanand corporation, i had provided all required documents along with my existing uan account details which is (Uan[protected] but because of negligence of kanand employees (Manager, accountant or a concern person) they have created a new uan number (I. E[protected] with typo error in my name (I. E jagganath instead of jagannath).
When i questioned them for their mistake they terminated me in april 2017. I kept quiet and i have following up with kanand corporation for my pf account and details rectification.
Due to typo error in my name made my kanand corporation employee still kyc verification is not done. When i m questioning them following up with them sending email from last 8 months (Sent almost more than 50 emails | i have record of email communication) they are ignoring me not responding properly and threating me…
I went to kanand office, spoke with them, provided required documents for account details rectification and signed combined (Employee and employer) form for details rectification, i did everything possible from my side.
I am a married person and i have responsibilities, i can’t afford cost going against kanand corporation legally through a lawyer.
Please advise me what to do and how can i verify the details as employer is not responding to my emails and calls and threatening me if i call them. I want to withdraw my money…

Please do the needful and advise me what to do, how can file complaint against kanand corporation.

Is[protected] i want to withdraw my pf and pension contribution, i applied in reliance office but not claims and not settled but till 25 dec 2017 amount not transfered in my account. I'm going through epfo mess — the apathy, lethargy and inaction. Must note that my claim doesn't have any roadblock, the employer had long back done all the formalities. My uan, aadhar, bank account all have been already seeded/e-kyced.

#1 i had applied for withdrawal on 28th-nov-2017 at wazirpur epfo, new delhi.
#2 but till 6th-dec-2017, the regional epfo did not act on my claim.
#3 on 6th-dec-2017 the epfo updated information that it received the claim on that day. What a tragedy! It touts to settle the claim in this much time, but takes that much time to just initiate the process.
#4 i've filed a complaint with epf grievance. But the concerned authority did not act on it.
#5 it's 23rd-dec-2017 - still under process.
#6 i've escalated this issue to every avenue possible — including labour ministry, epfo apex bodies, and all the concerned appellates. But nothing to my avail. Result: the same piece of dried solidified #.
#7 once more reported the problem to the regional epfo taking ministry of labour in the loop. Still nothing — no reply. There's a total disconnect between various organizations and authorities, and each abide by its own ego. That means none cares for the other. Each one is a constitution onto itself.

My father was working in sis vapi since june 2014 to aug 2016, this is the query related to pf amount & pension plan, i follow up with sis after my father’s death but after many follow-ups they just release 16, 000 rs only but actual amount is rs.50, 000/- above accept pension plan.

From sis vapi there is no response from sis end, kindly please support/help me for the same

Dear sir/team,
With reference to above uan i claimed form 10c and form 19 by end of nov 2017. I received both the amount 15300/- (Form10c) and 49424/- (Form19) by 8th dec and 13th dec respectively.
When compared to my epf pass book, i found the pension scheme amount received shortage.
Actual amount to receive is 21635/- but received only 15300/-.
Please help in this regard.

I have applied for birthdate amendment in my pf account, which is nowadays online based. I have submitted an application on 8 dec 2017 today it is 21 dec 2017 still action is pending from pf. I am not able to understand are they servant of public or trouble riser? In an attachment, you can see a detail of amendment as well as at corner of photo you can see the date when i had applied.

Please help me to solve an issue as soon as possible.

I had submitted a online claim for pf withdrawal on 12th dec 2017 & as of today 21st dec the status is rejected.

But the reason for rejection is not mentioned anywhere. How do i know the reason for rejection and what steps should i take resubmit the online claim.

I am hitesh chawla, i have checked my pf withdrawal status quite a long time back. It looks like my pf form has been rejected for what reason i dont know as i don't have the actual reason why pf office reject my form.

Can you please investigate the issue and let me know what exactly the problem was, because of that they reject my form.?

I worked for 11 years with hsbc and retired on 31 august 2016. I received an amount of rupees one lakh twenty five thousand six hundred eighteen only, as final settlement, of my provident fund to my sbi account on 28 march 2017. This seems to be far less, than what i expected, notwithstanding the pf loans of about rs.2.5 lakhs availed by me from my pf a/c, during my tenure of service, of 11 years at hsbc. An amount of rs.1, 20, 310.00 transferred by my previous employer m/s crompton greaves limited-mumbai does not seem to have credited my pf a/c. The details of transfer are: cheque number 568 dated 9 january 2006 for rs.1, 20, 310.00, made payable to regional pf commissioner, hyderabad, issued by m/s crompton greaves ltd. Mumbai along-with covering letter & form 13 sent to pf office hyderabad at barkathpura. This cheque debited the crompton greaves pf account on 23 january 2006.
A mail received by pf office casually states that no such amount has been received by them (Copy attached)
This amount has still not been received by me till date and confirmed by my last employer (Hsbc). I request the pf office to kindly arrange to settle all my pending dues, which is long overdue and help me overcome a financial crisis.
Apart from the above, i wish to state that i have also not received the nominal pension from retirement date to this date.

My aadhar number is wrong in pf details. Kindly let me know how to change the aadhar details in the pf portan as it not allowing me to change the aadhar details.
Secondly, also observed that the complaint redressal system is not available on the uan member portal whereare other details can be changed except the aadhar cards. Kindly open the link so that i can change my aadhar number

My uan is linked to multiple member id.
I have deleted the older member id which is pykrp[protected] and only my present member id which is dl/cpm/0020846/00e/0138227 should be linked to my uan number[protected]

All transfer have already been done to the current member id but the older id is still showing

Request you to please do the needful and delete my old member id...

I submit form 13 on 22nd may-2017 to transfer my old pf amount to current pf account details as below

As per delhi north pf office sms amount of rs.13709 send to vashi pf office on 03/08/2017 screen short attached herewith.

My current employer check with vashi pf office about this and vashi pf office said that above amount not credited in your account and it is laying with our cash department and reconciliation pending form last two month.

Sir i also resigned from my current employment in 14/12/16 and apply for pf withdrawal on 14/08/2017 but claim is rejected due to transfer amount pending in reconciliation. Form not process due to transfer amount not credited in my pf account

Kindly look into matter and instruct your official to credited pf amount in my current pf account no. Th/vsh/1512340/02103

I facing some difficulties in epfo account incorrect profile details correction by my previous employer. I have sent my details (Name, dob & father's name & aadhaar integration) changes via uan portal, but that to was in "pending at employer" status.

I have retired on december 2016. After that i have deposited all required documents for withdrawal of p. F and pension thru my employer kurlon enterprise ltd to peenya p f office. The documents were rejected twice by p. F. Office.in november it was again deposited by my employer. Till date i have not received any information.

Please help.
