Dear sir/ madam,

I tried to link my uan no. With my aadhar no.in pf site. My uan is[protected] in which my p[censored]sed to be deposited and my aadhar no. Is[protected]. The name on the aadhar card is sanjeev kishore dhuliya (As per the certificates). While my uan no. Has sanjeev kishor dhuliya as my name. Hence was getting the below error.

Aadhaar authentication failed. Aadhaar number, name, dob or gender mismatch with registered data.

I was suggested by pf office to submit a joint declaration (From employee and employer) about the rectification. Same was done and submitted to ro bangalore on 26th of october. A grievance was also registered (Srbom/e/2017/81235.) i got a reply saying the required action is done and the case is closed. But i was still not able to link my aadhar no. With uan and was getting an error saying name mismatch.

I sent several mails to ro. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in and filed a new grievance (Srbom/e/2017/12019) and sent all the required documents (I. E. Joint declaration and the screenshot of the e kyc page with a message that name is not matching.) still i have not received any resolution.

I am jobless since last 8 months and trying to withdraw my pf but have been following with the employer since aug and pf office since october. But not able to get any resolution. I have been asked to send the screenshot multiple times and later not getting any response.

    Myself rakesh kumar from mangalore currently working in nitk. This is to notify that i am currently facing problems regarding my pf account.
    The pf claim has been wrongly transferred to some other account and i have mailed about the issue to the bengaluru office email id ro. [protected]@epfindia.gov.in on 30th november. I have not received any feedback from them. Can anyone please help regarding the same?

        I am trying to link my aadhaar to my uan in-order to fulfill government norms to link aadhaar and pf account. Since last 7-10 days i am trying to do this online and at all times there was an error "aadhaar server error please try after some time". I contacted the helpdesk, first, they told that it is temporary error and i have to try after some time. Then after 2 days, there was no action to resolve this error so i contacted again and got a response that i have to try after some days. Please help in this case, at one point gov is asking to link aadhaar as a mandatory clause, on other hands, there is no infrastructure to link it or it is not working at all. This is not good before making anything mandatory we have to first see if there is proper working infra is there to implement any change.

          I am unable to update my aadhar details in kyc on epfo site due to name mismatch in epfo database.

            I have already updated my KYC on UAN portal and also mailed to ex-employer.But ex-employer has not supported to approved my kyc till date .Pls find the details below mention-

              Hi sir/mam,

              It has been more that 4 months of my application for claim id : 999105051612050078574 has been submitted on 5th december 2016.
              My previous employer and current employer and both told me it has been approved but i am not able to see any status under https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/MemClaimStatusUAN/ it is showing status "no record is available for member_id :

              It is conveyed to me thorugh both employer landis+gyr and snap-on. They have approved it, so if it approved why i am not able to see the status for the same, can you please provide the status for the same.

              Please look into this issue as it has been long time i am waiting for my money.

              I am hoping to hear back from you soon.
              My PF claim form has been submitted on 27/oct/2017 my UAN no. is[protected] Pf ac no is P/F No.- DL/CPM/25794/2827.
              But Till now I have not got my pf withdrawal amount.
              I Am very frustrated as it is for a emergency purpose.

                My uan number is[protected]. I joined hdfc life on 10/04/2013 and my exit date is 21/09/2017. I have salary slip of aug and settlement salary slip in which exit date is mentioned.
                But my employer updated my exit date 31/05/2017 on epfo website, when i asked through mail to rectify they said that it cannot be changed. They are asking me to visit office and go for manual process.

                    My name is welissa raichura working as a teacher in narayana e techno school. From june '16 to october '17 every month p. F amount was deducted form our salary but till date we didn't get p. F number or any details from the authority all they ask us to fill forms. Even the employes who left in the month of april '17 has not recieved p. F number nor the amount. They have not provided salary slip but we have our bank statement to show the deduction.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          This is for your kind information that since aug. 22, 2017 i am in touch with epfo to repay my housing loan which was taken from lichfl.
                          The amount is approved by the epfo but due to non receive of neft information from lichfl, it has held up!
                          Too many requests/ emails & documents corresponding made with the epfo but no positive step was taken so far. Along with requests, all relevant documents were submitted to epfo requesting issue a dd/cheque in favour of lichfl as lic is not a bank and they (Lichfl) have provided a certificate where it was clearly mentioned of non facility for neft as of now..
                          I am in big trouble to continue my emi any more as i am not getting salary regularly. Please do me a favour in this regard.

                            This is to bring it to your notice that i had applied for pf and pension with drawal which is total of rs. 200198/- as per uan member pass book, i have received rs.139337+39452= 178789/-. When i check with k r puram bangalore office, they are saying they will give some pension benifit, so that will not be paid, but i had applied for pension withdrawal also.

                                Hilton metal forging ltd. Company registered at epfo thane office deducting the pf from employees salary regularly but yesterday employees got the sms that last amount credited in their account is for march-2017. April-2017 on wards pf amount not deposited to the respective office moreover company not giving the salary slip to employees with detail deduction details. Hope authorities will look in to the matter.

                                    Well i have submitted my documents to epfo wazirpur (Delhi) on 15th sep-17 and they had given me the time for 30 days and where in self has visited there office on october last and they again said it will take 10 more days to process as they have less men power and now it november end and still i am waiting for my amount... Well i've mentioning this complaint as it was hectic to go there for the same thing in every week... And the behavior of epfo officers are very much rude to... Kindly have this look on priority as their were more then 05 people in my touch who has the same problems from same office and they are suffering too...

                                      I have raised the pf grievance ticket in pf grievance portal to get the update about my pf transfer status and the team is always misguiding by providing different resolution and close the ticket. And they don't have any contact number and email id to reach the officer.

                                      I have raised the ticket to get annexure k copy of pf transfer (Pf tarnfer from accenture to tcs). And i got the below reply to the two tickets.

                                      Robnd/e/2017/31533:-"previous company pension contribution service details from dl/33691/12450 not received, hence claim form-13 (Transfer out) in r/o a/c no. Mh/ban/45665/189844 rejected.) in robnd/e/2017/31533."

                                      I had the same query in last month and got the below reply.
                                      Robnd/e/2017/29141- "it is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action (S) has been taken: with references to grievances, pf claim settled and transfer to mh/ban/48455/1362279 and amount rs.804719/- on 01/11/2017"


                                      Today i have raised another query robnd/e/2017/32999 to get the update. Please address my query
                                      I want to complaint against my current employer regarding humiliation of every employee in the office. We are working at site 12 to 14 hour's daily & holiday but they are not giving over time money, even they are deducting Provident Fund from our salary but not depositing that amount in provident fund.We are very frustrated in this company.
