        Several times i tried to correct it through form (Joint declaration by member and the employer) and through online helpdesk (Epfo inoperative account help desk), but neither anyone correct it and nor responded on my query.

For my pension corresponds, but till from your side no reply /action taken till date. Sir you are requested to do on urgent basis because my pension correspondes has stop due to your claim.

            I was working with skanem interlables as hr executive where my pf was deducted however when i left the company firstly the company hold my pf without any reason & when i received the amount i did not receive the pension amount. On checking the passbook it was noted that the entire share of mine was into pf & there was no contribution done in pension so i lost a good amount. The company is harassing their employees & are asking them that they will not give the pf or any other benefits after resignation & full & final settlement.

                    I applied for a online claim settlement of pf ac no. Aphyd[protected]. My company name was karvy financial services limited which i left on 3rd march 2017.

                    The claim is showing as settled on the site since 19th of september 2017.

                    But still i have not received any amount in my bank account.

                    Please help and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                    I have submitted an application as my name spellings were wrong in the passbook. I had given the application on 6 sept;2017, but it has not yet changed plz help me to do the needful. The number which they had given was PN/35217/275. In passbook my names spellings were SHIFALIVOHRA and correct spellings are SHEFALI VOHRA.. plz do the needful.

                    I had applied for PF Advance claim (form no. 31) on dated 02/11/2017 against UAN No.[protected]. Claim has been settled and payment is debited from my pf account. The claim status is showing "Claim Form-31 (EPF Advance)(Illness) Claim id-TNMAS[protected] Member id-TNMAS[protected] has been settled. Payment sent on- 08-NOV-17 via NEFT" but payment is not credited in my bank account. Please help and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                      My pf form 19, amount is 14872 is neft on dated 19.07.17 as shown in below attachment but in my account i still not received any amount and pf form 10c is on dated 17.07.17 rejected due to less then 6 month work, but i worked more then 6 month then i want to know why rejected my form 10c amount and im not receive any pf amount yet in my bank account now i again filled pf form last 45 days ago but no any update my pf amount, regarding this i confirmed with my bank im not receive my pf amount in my bank, please consumer team help in this situation and provide my all entire pf settlement amount.

                      In my previous complaint I had mentioned wrong uan no by mistake. please find correct uan no as follow.

                      Last three time i was try to withdraw my epf benefit two time manually filled up form 19 as well as form 10c & I tried to withdraw online one time but that time also got rejected. I don't know what's happening with me i am requesting you look into this & provide my pf amount form 19 as well as form 10c.

                        Hav two account but when i try to transfer one to merge other it shows details are not matches but there is no differences on protal ;my account ifsc adhaar and pan all are verified still having problem ;can i directly sent pf form with adhaar base to pf office ;i requested to the baxter india ltd to coreect the detaisl but they are not responding.
                        Please help me out. One more thing is it possible to online withdrawl or even after initiate online i hav to download and send the hard copy to pf office.

                              I have resigned from my job 10 months before and filled all pf details offline and submitted it to branch but they told me that some corrections were there in my documents so i made the corrections in my documents and submitted twice at head office. Ho team is harassing me frequently to get my pf amount. Near by 10 months has passed when i resigned from my job but still i have not got my pf amount till now also they are not responding to any calls of mine. I also applied online but every time displaying the message to kindly update aadhar card. I have updated it but it is showing errors... So kindly suggest how to apply to get my pf amount quickly.                               Kindly escalate the issue to higher officials of EPFO regional office as well as Head office with all related documents including your application for PF amount withdrawal. If do as above you may explore some suitable action from them. But you must submit all related documents to them through mail. Revert me any queries.

                                        Widower pension for the PPO No: 531407 has not been paid for the months of May and June 2017 despite my submission of life cerificate. Again I submitted life cerificate thereafter penion has been paid from July 2017, but the arrears for May and June 2027 has not been paid. Hence I request to arrange for the payment of two months missed pension amounts at the earliest.
