Dear,
I have claimed my PF in the month of May 2017 (begining of the month) and its still not processed. I called may times to the concerned people but they always say the same thing that 'We have received your hard copy of PF claim and it will be process. I don't understand why it has not processed if they already have received the document its been almost 3 months now.
Pls help am in extreme need of money.

It is regarding the PF claim amount.
I have applied for PF and my account was credited with some amount but which was less than my actual amount as per my pf passbook.
Kindly check the details and provide rest of amount.
I really have hope that some can respond on this case.
Even after providing the OTP for claim form it says not submitted, please try later. can you please help?

    I have already submitted request for name correction through my employer but it has not been updated in UAN portal. My correct name is Surender kumar, but it has been incorrectly updated as Surender kumar jakhar in UAN. I have also uploaded all document i.e. pan card, aadhar card, voter id card. Also when i try to verify aadhar card it says DOB is missing. Please look into this and have corrected.Please find below usefull details.

      This is to inform that i was working since 1999 in the name of primer hospital steel furniture manufacture, kasimedu, chennai 13. I was uneducated so i am not aware of that pf and esi facilities which is provided by employer. My company got ISO certificate even it has not maintained any proper records and had not issued even salary certificate who is working that company. In connection with it deals with Govt contractors but the employer has not maintained anything now also. This company has 8 to 11 labours as per records but only 6 employees are working there. Even i had not received proper salary as per salary date. Due to this i leave that company and i requested to my Pf amt but company not provided .

        Hi team,
        I had initiated an online transfer claim having id: 999317051612120072984 which was approved on 12th april, 2017. Thereafter my previous company had send a cheque of my pf amount to your office. However, the amount is still not getting reflected in my pf account no: gn/ggn/28372/903.
        It is been 4 months but i am not getting a reply from any authorities.
        Request you to please look into this matter and let me know if any other information is required.

          Mr [censored]anshu bajpai i am serving in sharthak contractors and men power supplier lucknow my mobile no in resistor in epfo [protected] this mob is lost my new mobile no [protected] please confirm my epfo uan no if by luck, your employer linked your mobile number with your pf account number and you are still using the same mobile number, you can simply give a missed call to[protected]. The epfo will send you an sms with your credentials such as uan, pf number, balance, etc. I think uan is not generated for old accounts if they are currently inactive. If that does not work you have no other option than contacting your ex-employer.

            I have already registered a complain on epfo inoperative helpdesk about my pf account name. That is incorrect on[protected]. But still it was not resolved, by this i am facing problem /difficulties and i am just unable to update my kyc details due to middle incorrect name and aksi by this issue i am unable to claim my amount in future. I request you to please solved this issue.. Thankyou sir.

              Would need your support, as i am struggling to get mine epf amount since long time, below is the details:

              Grievance # 3 srokn/e/2017/05053 < this is still opened >
              Grievance # 2 srokn/e/2017/04448 < no solution given on this >

              Had submitted complete documents more than thrice to epfo office kandivali west, mumbai office but this wasn't processed by team, then at 4th time when i got luckily connected at grievance #[protected] wherein epfo officer has communicated that this has been submitted now and you will have this credited within 10 days of time however since that almost month time is over and no responses received yet.

              Have tried all media's to reach upper level management but didnt getting any supports yet

              I am struggling to manage mine medical expenses and expecting your all quick support to have this credited earliest

                The system of the rpfc was not working in the previous month so we didn’t send any application in the previous month. The applications of previous month are still pending with us. We are sending applications in fifo basis. So please confirm with us after 20-30 days.

                  My last pension credited is on 3rd may 2017 for rs.785/-.
                  When i enquired in bank, they told us none of the pensioners are getting pension

                    I am Faculty from Indo Asian Academy Group of Institutions Bangalore. I am working from 5 years. I have not been paid my PF from the date of joining, when we asked them recently they said we are not paying the PF.
                    We are about 150 staff from both teaching and non-teaching.
                    The Banglore PF office staff members and Indo Asian Academy Management has good under standing, they won’t come for inspection properly, even they come they talk to management not go.

                      Epf india is not providing valuable service to customers.in web home page modi message stated that quick easy access, but that is completely wrong. Don't have proper servers to handle multiple requests... Its very difficult to see our balance or passbook always... Please give maintain dance to other venders so that people will not suffer by trying many time... Useless people are more in government so service is not good...

                            I had submitted the form 10-d and form f-31 against my above epf account on 24.11.2016 at your salt lake office in kolkata, west bengal.
                            After that they had asked p. F. Office, park street office in kolkata to verify the scheme certificate no. Wb/cal/2241 dated 11/6/2003. Against which asstt. P. F. Commissioner (Pen), sub regional office, park street, kolkata, has sent a reply vide their letter no. Wb/prb/s. C. No. Wb/cal/ 2241/pen/3191 dated 11/1/17 that they have verified the scheme certificate and found the same correct as per their record.

                            It is to inform you that i have not yet received my epf pension against the above.

                            Request you to kindly look into it and confirm the status of above.

                                  I have resigned from my office (Deutsche bank - mumbai) due to medical reasons and have requested a pf withdrawal from my bank in mid feb 2017 for my treatment. But they have delayed the procedure and i am still not getting my claim settled. They have not calculated pension component from pf amount and as a result the pf claim was rejected by epfo. Now every month they are giving me new reasons for delay and cite epfo as the reason for delay. Please help me, my physical health is deteriorating everyday and i am unable to get my treatment done on time.

                                        My name is sabarish vs.

                                        My past pf no: tnamb[protected]

                                        I resigned from my past company by oct'2016, and joined new company by nov'16.

                                        I have applied for my pf transfer through online by may'2017 - due to heavy flood in chennai in the month of dec'2016, all networks was collapsed and i applied only by may'2017, but before that i have applied via manual form in the month of nov'2016, they rejected my request and asked me to apply through online and same was done on may'2017 - that one also rejected due to mismatch of my data in records.

                                        Now, pf portal was changed and am unable to re-apply on new portal, because of my kyc not approved, which is to be approved by my past employer,.

                                        They are saying that, due to some technical issue with pf portal they unable to modify my data in records, unable to approve my kyc and unable to process my transfer request.

                                        It was almost 9 months got completed, still am struggling to transfer my pf to my current account.

                                        I sent lot of mail to past employer, none is responding.

                                        Could anyone please support / help me on resolving this issue.

                                        Dear Sabarish VS,

                                        You can transfer your PF account in three simple steps.
                                        1. Submit a joint declaration from for the corrections regarding your pf account with your previous employer signature.
                                        2. Go to your regional pf office to get tour aadhaar e kyc by giving bio metric details to complete the pf kyc and log in to your uan member portal to seed your bank details with IFSC code (previous employer DSC approval is needed.)
                                        3. once your aadhaar and jyc got seeded to your UAN then you can submit form 13r to your pf office through your present employer.
