I had initiated a pf transfer from my previous employer to the current employer pf account, account number provided below. My claim id is 999203051704220096433. My previous employer had provided me the cheque which was deposited to epfo karnataka by my current employer on 29th jun. However, i do not see the amount reflecting in my passbook. I also raised grievance, still have not got any response. My grievance registration number is srbom/e/2017/07972.

I have tried calling epfo office, but no one is picking up. Can you suggest what should i do?

        I had worked with a company named barclays shared services noida, i left the company on 2015, and submitted my online withdrawal form in aug 2017. But still i didn't get my amount. When i am calling at customer service they are never responding over the phone. I am trying but they are not picking up the calls. The claim status shows as settled on 16 aug 2017 however there is no amount received in my account yet.

            I am trying to log a grievance through the epfo igms portal, but cannot as i am getting the error of duplicate grievance. I have raised a grievance on 6th july and it was resolved on 19th of july, which is more than a month now.
            I have not raised any grievance in the past 30days but still getting the error. Attached is the error, and screenshot of the email of my last grievance dates.

              I hereby lodge my complaint that i have not received my monthly pension from employees provident fund organization, from may 2017 onwards till date.

              My aadhar card was linked to my epf account on 27.07.2017 at epfo malad (Kandivali) regional office on 27.07.2017.

              I request for payment of my monthly pension from may 2017 onwards immediately.

                Dear sir,
                I have resigned pratibha industries limited on 10october 2015 and submit pf withdrawal form. Near about 1.5 year's have already pass out. But did not set my money because fund is not deposited to pf office from company site.
                They have promised to close this metter in financial years[protected]Till 31 march 2016) did not submit the full amount.
                There are serval people who have companies to pf office. Also but did not get any satisfactory solutions.

                I left indusind bank on 24th Jan 2017. Since then I haven't got my PF amount. Indusind bank is trying to get in touch with the PF department. But there is no response coming from them. I have attached my PF number. This is really unfair on the part of of department.its someone money you can take things lightly.

                  It's really bad to see epfo service as no phone and e mail service for customer care is availble. Only one toll free number is available which is always busy. I don't understand why epfo online service is provided as no claims get clear picture where it has been hold. Overall a very poor service. They need to be very much transparent with service. They must pressurize employer for uploading complete details of employees so that employees must not suffer in later stage after leaving the job.

                    Hi - i am trying to submit pension withdrawal claim since yesterday online but the claim does not submit. My aadhar has been linked but the claim is not submitted after successful otp authentication. Is there a problem in the site (Site down?) or the problem is unique to me.

                    I need the money urgently for personal emergency. I have been without work since 2016 and hence would request someone to check and clarify

                      I was working in prolific systems and technologies pvt. Ltd. Since july 2011 to nov. 2016. My pf no. Ththa[protected] & uan no.[protected].

                      On joining sandvik asia pvt. Ltd on 5/12/2016, i applied for transfer of my pf to my new employer.in the process of transfer, my claim id ththa[protected] was approved & the amount was transferred to my new employer on 24/5/2017 but without annexure k.

                          Hi, my surname is wrongly entered in the records of provident fund registered with aurangabad dept. No uan is established yet, my current age is 65 & this was my last job. My company was closed down & employer is not cooperating. I need this money to fulfill my basic needs. Mentioned phone nos on pf & its relevant portal's are not working, uan is mandatory for filling a pf relevant complaint but unfortunately not created in my case.                             I am working in a pvt. Ltd. Company which does not deduct pf from the salary. This is approx 18 employee company and has a pvt. Ltd. Label.
                            They have not given any break up of salary. They did not mention the
                            1. Basic salary,
                            2. Hra
                            3. Any allowances (I am not sure what other things should be included in a salary break up sheet).
                            They just give a standard amount as in salary without "salary slip".
                            Please advice me on-
                            1.in what condition a company does not deduct pf from salary?
                            2. Why was it not important to give a salary break up?
                            3. Under what condition a company can be a pvt. Ltd. Company, yet it does not have to deduct pf?

                            I am a employee of vista electronics care (Sony authorised service centre) i am working from last 3 years. I have not been paid my pf from the date of joining, when we asked them recently they said we are not paying the pf.
                            We are about 18 staff from both cco and technician.
                            The jammu pf office staff members and vista electronic care has good under standing, they won’t come for inspection properly, even they come they talk to management not go.
                            Kindly help us, we very much worried about our job also, they may remove from the job and will create some allegation on us, so that we should keep our mouth shut. The contact no of owner is [protected] are respectively.

                            My date of birth is wrong enter the EPF record by filling operator. Actually my dob is 13/06/1979 but mention is 13/01/1979 so please my problem solved. I put up correctly document in record adhaar pan services document

                                  Hi,

                                  I want to raise pf transfer claim from my previous company to current. But to claim transfer i need to first change my phone number. For this i need to edit profile. It takes me to epfo. Memberservice site which is down and always down..

                                  Subsequently i am unable to claim transfer. I am trying to do this since last two months.. It's sticking and frustrating...

                                  Please take this in priority and resolve this issue... As we are unable to do anything...
