    Hi sir/ madam,

    I am rajya lakshmi koduru, i have checked my pf withdrawal status quite a long time back. It looks like my pf form has been rejcted due to some reason and rejection letter has been dispached to my address. I have not recived it yet and i am not able to send them other form as i don't the actual reason why pf office reject my form.

    Can you please investigate the issue and let me know what exactly the problem was, because of that they reject my form.?

    I have submitted form in around April 2016 and have not yet received any information about my PF claim status rejection to my adress/mail/mobile.

      Iam holding ppo no. Mh/ban/34025 and was getting pension from sbi lower parel, mumbai a/c no.[protected] till april 2017. I was issued life cert. By the bank on 7.12.2017 which was rejected by epfo. Hence a fresh life cert. Was
      Issued by epfo on 20.12 2016 which was also rejected for no reason.
      Now epfo has not given my pension for may 17. Kindly look into and
      Arrange to restart my pension immediately being a senior citizen of
      72 years of age.

      For the purpose of Life certificate, I had visited EPFO office Bandra many a times but nothing has been done
      by the staff except giving a new life certificate which used to get rejected for some reason mentioned by them.
      I do not know what to do in this case as no officer was ready to explain the reason for the rejection.
      I hve given copy of aadhar, pan card and copy of passbook to the concerned clerk. But it seems no use.
      Kindly look into and either give an appointment with a respo0nsoble officer or how to proceed in this matte.

          I have been checking the epfo site for my uan to get the exact balance of my epf amount. However, the passbook is showing the same amount since the last 5-6 months. The passbook has not been updated yet since dec 2016.
          I tried sending sms to the number [protected] with the message as epfoho uan eng, but i got the reply showing the same account balance as displayed on the member passbook.
          I really dont understand why it is taking so long for the epfo to update the member passbook to show the correct account balance.

            I joined convergys on 06 june 2016 and left it on 15 december 2016. I received the first payment of rs. 6757 in my bank of baroda account but didn't received my second payment. I have completed 6 months and 9 days in that company which means i am eligible for this claim. I would appreciate your consideration regarding this concern.

              As i left my previous company on 21st december 2016, i applied for my pf amount for withdraw. But my last employer is not going to submit the documents to pf office. Since latst 3 months i am going to call hr team but no one is responding to the calls, even mails also. If you need any kind of support i will provide, but i need to take an action regarding this issue employer name is magna info tech, hyderabad.
              What kind of action i have to take regarding this...
              I am MADAN PHUKAN. i was worked under SSA assam. I was resigned my job and claimed for my EPF Balance. My UAN no-[protected][AS/[protected]]. In 23/5/17 I got an amount of Rs 63199. however I knew my contribution was Rs 62747. Than where is my employer contribution. why is the Rs 452 extra, is it interest money? please reply.                   I have submitted pf transfer request online on 14th march 2016 and its still pending with the status "your request is in transit between epfo in and out office".
                  Below are the details about my request:
                  1. Submitted request on 14th march 2016
                  2. Approved by current employer on 15th march 2016
                  3. Approved by previous employer om 16th march 2016
                  4. Received sms on 22nd march 2016 that claim is under process
                  5. Received sms on 7th april 2016 that claim approved for payment through cheque. Under process. After this no update till now.

                  I registered grievance in epf portal 4 times. 2 times against thane pf office (Old pf account) and 2 times against pune pf office (Current pf account). Got a response from thane office that claim is already settled and pune pf office responded saying no claim is received till date and contact previous pf office.

                    I hv applied for pf withdrawal every docs has been submitted and still the process is pending no further updation is coming. As we know that we get the pf amount within month from successful submission of all docs but still on portal it showing under process and it is showing since one month.

                    Please help and track why this kind of carelessness is happening.
                    I hv got two contact no also for any query but both no are not working, i think those no are to make the us fool thats it.

                    I am also facing the same situation. My application is received on 06.05.2017, but still it shows as under process. Its been more than a month. None of phone numbers mentioned ever work.
                    I have also lodged two grievance portal complaints, and the reply i got was, you will receive your payment in due time. "How much time", no reply on that.

                      My epf profile is a mess. The uan is[protected].

                      1. My dob is mentioned as 1/4/84, whereas my actual dob is different. After submission of correction form and required documents to agartala epfo office, i received an assurance which said, "we'll see what we can do. Usually things like these take a long time and it would depend on the officials as and when they might feel the need of making the necessary changes". I was and am still shocked with this kind of a reply.

                      2. My epfo online profile shows under "kyc approved" documents, my aadhar card number. This aadhar card has my actual dob and father's name. However, the "profile" page of the website shows a different name in "father's name" field. I am not able download my uan card as that also has wrong father's name.

                      3. Multiple places, it shows, that my aadhar is not seeded, though in the kyc page, aadhar is reflecting under "kyc approved" field

                      4.in the "claim form" page, i am getting this error, which doesn't make any sense. "aadhaar is not authenticated from uidai. Please authenticate your aadhaar by visiting nearest epfo office."

                      It is really frustrating to see such a messed up profile of epf, when our government is making uan and epf a mandatory option for all the service holders and emphasizing on "digital india" campaign.

                      Apart from the problems in my personal profile, the website also has huge security flaw. I may be contacted for more details on this vulnerability.

                      My KYC details are pending at EPFO office (Bandra) for verification and approval. There is no tentative time of approval from EPFO office.
                      Without Aadhar verification, we cannot do an online request for claiming PF amount.

                      Further when you try to reach the concerned helpdesk numbers (Bandra office -Mumbai 1 office). The numbers are not reachable.
                      Further as per the "contact us" details, mails have also been sent to the respective department/s but there is no response.

                          I had worked with a company named Akshaya patras foundation in jaipur (RJ.), i left the company on 2014, and submitted my withdrawal forms to jaipur office through my company on April 2017.But still i didnt get my amount. when iam calling at that office they are never responding over the phone . i am trying but they are not picking up the calls. I had received 4 No's SMS from (BP-EPFO) PF Office about my Claim Form 19 or 10c my member ID is RJRA-J[protected] and claim id RJRAJ[protected] and RJRAJ[protected] "Form Received on 09.05.2017 is under prosses." All SMS received on dt. 09.05.14

                          Dt. 16.05.17. Ihave received again 2 SMS from (BP-EPFO) PF Office about my Claim ID's RJRAJ[protected], RJRAJ[protected] "Approved for Payment through Cheque Payment Under Process. But i have not received any payment in my A/c. till 31.05.17Pls confirm Payment received through cheque by currier or direct in my A/c.

                              Sir i am in jamshedpur and i have facing problem during my pf money withdraw and i also feel most of the people facing same problem. When we have gone to epfo or pf office then officer has said regarding kyc detail and they send to thekedar of company and we all are moving between them and some person have making money regarding this.
                              We have already submit addhar card and pan card and it also show but we have not receive my money so check my opinion.
                              So please this process is fully change in online method and we have not cheated with that type of person. For this thanks to you.

                                        I went to the e. P. F. Office at k. R. Puram-bangalore office on 9th january 2017 (Monday) morning and submitted the life certificate form. After getting the otp. Operator took my thumb impression also.
                                        Subsequently i received a sms that i am successfully registered for digital life certificate and the pramaan id is [protected].
                                        But on 11th jan. At 3.40 pm i got a message that the pramaan id is rejected due to neitherppo no. Nor a/c no. Available in epfo data base. I made a complaint to e. P. F. And got the following reply. This is with reference to your grievance registered vide registration number delso/e/2017/01765.
                                        It is informed that your grievance is being treated as non-actionable due to the following reason (S):
                                        You are life certificate and pramaan id has been successfully but as per your grievnace you received a msg that is is rejected so you may visit to this office for re update your digital certificate and pramaan id
                                        I am trying to contact them with a message that my pramaan was registered on 9th jan. Itself so kindly link mt aadhaar no. And do the needful

                                        Till to-day I did not get any reply
                                        I do not see March 2017 interest component for PF in passbook
                                        I am also facing same problem, Please assist.
