Enps — National pension system enps payment fails at gateway unable to complete registration

I am getting "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." when i am trying to pay and not allowing me to login for NPS contribution through online. Please resolve it.

Yesterday, date: 10/1/2020, I got the same error message when I tried to complete the registration after getting stucked at payment page of respective bank. Based on 3 years old comments I will try to complete the registration again after 7 days, i. e on : 17/1/2020
If I will be able to login that time, we can be sure how bad the service is from government side.

On one side I read an article two days ago where govt. is asking people to invest in NPS, giving random schemes so that people invest and on the other hand they just don't give much attention to people who are actually trying to invest in NPS and facing the same problem for years, they are just choosing to ignore it. It is not like this is a random forum page, it is their official page for complaints and see how much attention they giving to us.

I am getting "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." Pleases resolve.

They have not given option to complete payment process... Sad... I too faced same problem...No where any guidelines given for the same.

As shared in this forum it will take atleast a week before we can do it again. Not sure why designed this way. My payment failed and I am not able to do it anymore stuck as hell.

My Acknowledgement Number is 11099308 and Acknowledgement Date is 07/03/2020. While I try to complete Pending Registration, I get the following message:

"Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime."

I am getting this message since last 3 days.

Also, i called customer care number [protected] to ask about this, every time i called, it will tell your call waitlist is 20, then 14, then 10, then 5, lastly it will tell, you are next in line and finally the call gets cut automatically. waste of time.Then, i approached the nearest SBI POP, dollars colony branch, neither the bank manager, nor the person incharge for facilitating NPS pop, Mrs.Nanditha, they just want the customer to go from the bank, not help them or listen to them.
Very bad experience in opening an account of NPS.

Same problem has been so persistent for years. The whole website is so complex and not at all user friendly. Extremely frustrating. After many trials I finally reached the last stage and now I am also getting this message -

"Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime."

is there any wayout to reregister

I'm not able to complete the NPS registration due to following message :

Error : Registration against this Acknowledgement ID is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway. Please try again after sometime.

My payment of 500 Rs was already successful and I have attached the receipt for the same.

Well I faced the same problem. I tried multiple times (at least 15 times before I was successful to complete registration). Here is what I went through:
1. While I was trying to complete the Registration, I got the following message:"Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." Initially I used to write to grievance cell for resolution of this problem. It used to start functioning within 24 hours.

2. Later I realized the registration process automatically got unlocked within some time (I dont know the exact time but maybe after around 4 hours). But I still could not make the payment.

3. Finally I changed the server which I was using (used my phone's hotspot instead o[censored]sual server) and the payment went through at first attempt.

4. I could complete my registration after almost a week.

I also faced the same issue, but I registered again and this time did the payment in one go and have successfully opened the account
