Enps — National pension system enps payment fails at gateway unable to complete registration

Hi,

My application number is 11221615. Date of application is 11/9/2020 and DOB is 13/08/1991.

I am facing an issue to compete my registartion.

I am getting any error message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime."

Pls help me resolve this issue as I am not able to complete my registration.

I am getting "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway. Please try again after sometime." when I am trying to complete pending registration for NPS through eNPS.

My initial payment (contribution) has been deducted from the bank but after that, the registration failed. Now, I do not have receipts nor any confirmation email! Please look into this issue as soon as possible. Please resolve it at the earliest.

Hi,

I am Vaidehi Datar. I was trying to open an NPS account. I entered all details. But at the payment stage, it allowed only SBI internet banking option, so I clicked on the back page to see if I could select HDFC. But the payment got stuck. And now I am unable to complete my registration as I get the following error message: "There is already a registration pending payment with the PAN you have entered."

My acknowledgement number is: 11420684

Could you please fix this issue?

My Application acknowledgement no is 11429109 of 19 mar 21. unable to complete registration as the contact tab is not allowing the option to save and proceed after updating address type for correspondence and permanent address. I am trying to indicate both as residential.

It's a major issue restricting the customer to proceed further. Don't understand when multiple customers have raised complaints but still the issue is reoccuring. Substandard software is used for this type of transactions.

Can somebody help resolve the same.
