I have purchased AMC through the APP for my Aqua Guard Pro+ RO+UV+TDS Regulator water purifier for three years from 25th Feb 2024 to 24th February 2027.
As per the Local Technician Product is an absolute, no spare, no filter replacement, and no technical support and asked me to contact customer care for a refund of AMC Amount
I have been chasing for the past month to get my AMC amount to get refunded but I still didn't get a positive response or call.
Sales Request raised on 21st February 2024 for AMC refund but till now no call received for processing my refund.
