Eureka Forbes — AMC purchased but technician not attending

Service ID CM[protected]. This was to be attended between 9 to 11am today. But no one attended till 6pm and in the intervening period as many as 8 technicians assigned but all cancelled soon after allocation. I'm a senior citizen and this pathetic service by Eureka Forbes is just harassment. Will now seek refund of AMC payment and also approach Consumer Court.
