Eureka Forbes — AMC scheme ,maintenance and service- fraud

I have been using Eureka forbes water purifiers for the last ten years. they collected AMC every year from us. currently i use protec model water purifier . I paid Rs 4230/- silver type AMC in trichy. i got shifted to chennai. now we had a problem in water filter it seems. what this cheap fellow did was he replaced the filter without our concern with a used one from another customer. he argued that this is their procedure. always they use to replace with used product not with new one or good product. in bill it is given eureka forbes will do 2 periodical services, and they will replace one pre filter candle, sediment filter, pre carbon, post carbon, and membrane. now only we came to know how fraud this eureka forbes people... I am strongly against this action.pls dont prefer AMC in Eureka Forbes .. they are fraud people
