First, we planned and paid for AquaGuard water purifier with Copper Active + UV +RO+MTDS.
But we were misled and water purifier without UV was installed at our home in July 2019. When we identified the issue during free service visit by Aqua Guard technician, we complained to their Authorised Franchisee (Gayathri Enterprises, Kukatpally) several times. They replaced the water purifier with UV combination.
It was installed by their service engineer Mr. Ramesh.
But the details were not updated in their database in spite of multiple requests from my side.
I have taken AMC and asked for service to replace the catridges as its completely out of order. Their service personnel visited our home once and replied that water purifier details are not matching with the details in their database.
I have raised the issue and escalated multiple times with their customer care.
No action and no service was done till now in spite of multiple request.
Every time, I was punished for their mistakes.
I am fed up completely. If they think it's not possible to do service, please let them return my money paid for AMC.
