Complain No. [protected] Sir, I have lodged my complaint on 31/12/2014, for 4-5 days no one of Aqua Sure or Eureka Forbes contacted me. On 5th January, a guy from MAYA SERVICE- representative of EUREKA FORBES in Varanasi came and after checking the RO+UV machine told me that MEMBRANE is not working and told that he will not repair it today and come next day. On 6th, Person from EUREKA FORBES came and told that he will change the damaged membrane with ONLY OLD AND USED MEMBRANE, as by the POLICY of EUREKA FORBES under contract period the membrane will not be changed by NEW MEMBRANE. SOME Guys BRIJESH YADAV claiming TERRITORY MANAGER of AQUA SURE has harassed me by insisting to use the old membrane when i have contacted the SERVICE CENTER. he further harassed me and insisted that i should use whatever condition of machine they have serviced. The SERVICE MAN REFUSED to show up the TDS of WATER after such SERVICE. THEY DEMANDING ME MONEY FOR FURTHER SERVICE. PLEASE HELP ME AND LOOK INTO THE MATTER Was this information helpful? |
