[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — aqua water purifier adapter problem

I purchased Aqua Purifier Genius just one year two months back. Company givenone year waranty. During last free service, the company service engineer asked us to AMC. He insisted a lot. But we asked some time. After that he done something with machine. Within one week it started troubling. I complaned the customer care. Again the same service engineer visited and saying that it is adapter proble. We dont understand how the complaint comes exactly after waranty period got over. The adapter got repaired and it is not working within short time. Now the service engineer saying that it costs Rs2000/-. Eureka Forbes is providing sub standard Adapters and selling spare parts at higher rates. I dont expect this kind of cheating by company like Eureka forbes. The Service engineer answers also very reckless.
