Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard AMC not serviced as yet inspite of 12 followups

Address: Lower Parel, Mumbai

I renewed the AMC on 24th Nov 24, but no one has visited to install the filters. I raised several complaints, and every time they assure to escalate it for redressal but nothing happens. No one has attended it as yet

They are even refusing to refund the AMC now.
