I ordered this product AQUAGUARD RITZ WATER PURIFIER on February 6, 2025, from the AquaGuard website under an exchange offer for my old AquaGuard water filter. The product was scheduled for delivery on February 9, 2025.
Since we needed drinking water, we had not yet dismantled the old water filter. The delivery person assured us that he would return later in the evening to complete the delivery and collect the old unit. However, he never came back.
This is where the problem began. The product was never delivered, yet the website falsely marks it as delivered. I have made multiple calls to Eureka Forbes customer care over the past 13 days, and each time, I am given the same response: "The matter has been escalated, and you will receive a call within two hours." No one has called.
In parallel, I also wrote an email to customer care, only to receive the same generic response—"The matter has been escalated." That’s all.
My complaint number is[protected]. If anyone has any suggestions on how to deal with this incompetent Eureka Forbes service, please let me know. Given their poor customer service, I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Edit 08/03/25: Since the status quo prevailed with the online customer care number, I tried a different customer care number and quoted the same issue. This time, my complaint was lodged under a different complaint number—CM[protected]. I even received a message stating that a representative will contact me in the next 4 working hours. Well, that was 4 days ago, and I am yet to hear from them!!!
EDIT 31/03/25: Status quo!!! I even told the company that I will be approaching the Consumer court regarding the dispute! They assured me again that a back end team member will contact me within 2 working hours!!. I am still waiting for my refund!
