Hi,
My name is C Vishal Bharadwaja and we have aquaguard water purifier. On September 29th 2022, a technician by name Sachin Patil called for free service and since our AMC also has expired, replaced the filters and we paid the amount for AMC as well. He is one of the most irresponsible and commercial technicians I have ever seen. Right from the go, he was always looking for us to renew the AMC and did a pathetic job at fixing the filters. Once the tank was full, the water kept leaking a lot. I have called him multiple times and he always came up with a new reason/excuse and never came to repair. After a long wait, he did and the issue never got resolved.
I got a contact by name Sudhakar Patil who's the region supervisor and it has been such a long, pathetic wait to talk to him. He never picks the call. He reads the messages but does not respond properly. After following up for 7-10 days, he said I never raised a complaint hence it is difficult for them to address the issue. I raised a complaint. One technician came up and said the sensor was an issue and he will replace it. It's been 3 days since I have been calling him and he's not picking the call and Mr. Sudhakar also has not responded.
I called Eureka customer service and they always tell me they have escalated the issue and will address the issue but never get any call from anyone. Also, the technician name keeps changing on the app every day.
I am sharing the screen shots of the chat and the app. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING FROM EUREKA FORBES. Absolutely unprofessional and you make the customer wait forever.
