[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — AquaSure / the green light doesn't appear

I had purchased AquaSure six months back. Since the past one month the green light which indicates that the water is being filled doesn't appear. In place of that the orange light keeps on flickering. Also it takes half an hour for 4lt tank to be filled. I have tried calling your customer care but to no avail. Can someone please look into the matter ASAP.
