Eureka Forbes — Bought AMC for 5800 but not received services

Writing emails from since 16oct to eureka forbes and calling everyday. Paid 5800₹ for AMC but no technician visited, no filter change. Machine not working since 18days. refund my money and also give me compensation for not providing services. And plus pay me whole amount of nrich machine 21, 000 that i bought and was promised services.
