Eureka Forbes — Cervice technician asking for Spare parts/ Service charge despite having AMC

We experienced no water from our machine. We raised the service request number - CM[protected]. Attended by technician Gopal Dagade. He told us all the filters need replacement and he replaced them.After completion of Job he asked to pay 700 INR, We informed that we have Gold AMC and spare parts are free. He argued that only filters are free and need to pay 700 INR, he also informed us that he put this small part from his side and if we ask part from the company it will take 2 - 3 days for replacement. We denied payment he took out the part and did not installed old part in the machine.
I consider it as a fraud, since Had I not been at hme he would have charged this amount from my wife.
Now I am in trouble, after 2 days raising the complaint my filter is down, no resolution what i sthe use of Having AMC?

Requesting immediate action to get my machine up..
