I am writing to express my concern regarding an unresolved complaint (CM[protected] that I raised on 25th September 2024, related to my Eureka Forbes water filter. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer care team, the issue remains unaddressed.

As I am currently enrolled in the 1-year AMC plan, I expected prompt and efficient service. However, the lack of resolution is concerning, especially given that we have been using unfiltered water for an extended period. This raises serious concerns about potential health risks.

I kindly request immediate action to resolve this matter. If there are any further delays or issues, I would appreciate clarification on who will take responsibility for any potential health consequences.
