My complaint no. is [protected], [protected], [protected]. I am requesting for the service for last two months. But, no one has been taken right response to resolve the issue. I had purchased Aqua guard RO on contract for two year. Now, there is need to be replaced of filter. Please do the needfull action.

Had purchased Eureka Forbes kitanu magnet product 1 year back at Adishwara Electronics, near BDA complex, Nagarabhavi Banagalore.
I filed a complaint by calling the useless customer care center on 4th July 2015 for tap replacement. Each time when I call there is a vague response saying we will send you the technician within afternoon or tomorrow end of the day. What really the company is doing with customer care centers?
With my compliant number :[protected]provided by customer care center), I am unable to escalate since the complaint number is invalid!!!
We are bearing the water purifier without tap for 1 month. Is Eureka products are designed for single use ? A simple tap replacement is delayed for 1 month!!!
Kindly let me know further steps which I can take? I am extremely unhappy with the responses from customer care center.

Had posted my complaint earlier to which i received call from Eureka forbes executive Somshankar. He assured me on 4th Aug that the engineer will be reaching my home, Today is 9th Aug and i still haven't received any call or visit at my place from any EF executive.
Even if he would have came walking he would had reached my place by this date.
Eureka Forbes stop fooling around us and accept that you guys have very pathetic after sales service infact you guys don't even service after Sales. Have seen companies providing Bad service but here You don't even provide one.
My opinion to all those who are reading this post please don't purchase Eureka forbes they are just in the business of minting money.
