Eureka Forbes — Cust id [protected] improper placing at wall

Dear Eureka Forbes Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by your technician on 22 oct 2024 Despite paying for the service and amc contract, the machine was not mounted securely to the wall. As a result, the machine fell over this morning, causing significant water damage to my home.

I am requesting a technician to come immediately to remount the machine properly and address the water damage. I am concerned about potential mold growth and further damage to my property.

Please contact me as soon as possible to schedule an appointment.
