Eureka Forbes — Defective dr. aquaguard eterniti installed twice | |||
We had ordered for dr. Aquaguard eterniti at Eureka forbes ltd, Gandhinagar b block 1st cross, Jayanagar, shivamogga, karnataka 577201 On 13/05/2016 the machine was delivered to our home at vinobanagar next day, when it was installed it was found to be defective and leaking water. The service guy did not have the right tools to repair it and left. We had to call service center repeatedly to get them to replace the machine. Then he came today 17/05/2016 with new piece which was again defective. I request you to take action on the same and get us proper working water purifier. My contact address is.
