[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — dr aquaguard classic + warranty not honoured | |||
I bought this unit on 06/05/18 . I had just signed a year's maintainence for my previous machine. I was advised to go in for a new machine as the previous machine was not working properly and spares were not available. In compensation for the maintenance contract I was given an additional year warranty which means the warranty is till 06/05/19. As per the maintenance contract I am entitled to a free filter replacement. Unfortunately, Eureka Forbes did not give it to me. The filter is in a bad state and needs to be replaced immediately.
