[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — email id for complaint cell

Eurekaforbes cleverly designed their website to avoid any written complaint receipt. I tried all sources to find out to lodge a written complaint on poor service but no one is ready to give proper mail address. They gave [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, [protected]@eurekaforbes.com and all id's are bounced. If any one knows proper emai id please let me know.

What an awful experience!!

Today I called customer service to speak with manager regarding a transaction/enquiry which seem like a fraud to me.

It took me ages to get your customer service representative to agree to get the manager on the call, Is this what you call customer service???

This is not it, post 5-7 min of wait I got supervisor on the call instead of a manager- was wondering what is this happening??

Post another 3 min of hold I got Mr. Mukesh on the line. He was very helpful and committed to enquire my issue and callback within 30 min. I was called back within 15 min with a conference with Ms. Asha who is from Asha enterprises- Delhi zone.

I need someone responsible who has decision making authority to call me.

I ordered an aquaguard online from Amazon. One of your technician came for the installation and charged additional 700 rupees saying this is for the candle which needs to be installed to make aquaguard stable- If this is true why this was not written on the box as guideline for Aquaguard installation and why these charges were not clearly defined at the point of purchase or included as part of purchase- Its like buying a new car worth 20 lacs and post delivery you have to pay another 1 lac to ensure smooth engine and longlife of machinery.

I was out of India while all this happened and landed yesterday. All these sequence of event happened while I was away and the amount of stress and frustration my family had to undergo is unbelievable- Disgraceful!

Its not a matter of money here. Its a matter of trust with the company that you have purchased the product of.

Imagine what, 2nd aquaguard also gone bad within 7 days of installation!!!
My order for one Aquaguard water purifier on Mar 14th and payment made through airplay for₹13690.They mentioned estimated delivery date is[protected].After the order I am not received any information about the shipment or process taken to deliver the unit till this time.Nobody can tell the proper answer.I trust the Eureka Forbes and only try to purchase directly to avoid the dublicate assembled products available here.Now I loss the trust and thinking to cancel the order within a week, if I hav not received any information from Eureka.

Pathetic service from Eureka Forbes.

I have given atleast 5 times complaint for my water purifier general service and small water leakage from the external unit. Whenever we call the call center we get a new reference number. The back end is pathetic, they dont have a tracking of what is happening to the earlier complaint and there is not internal process of escalation if the complaint is open for more than 3 days. To avoid open complaint the give new number whenever you call then for service engineer.

2 times I had a call with south escalation team...but no resolution.

I will not recommend anyone to go with Eureka forbes for any their products.

I will put my feedback in all the medias possible for general awareness for people before they fall in such trap.

Very very poor and rude behavior from the agency owner. Abused on call. Not at all expected from Eureka Forbes.
I bought a vacuum cleaner but due to heavy flood and land slide we lost lots of money and things.i am unable to pay immediately as I bought a machine new.i want to return the product or need more time.

I made an Complaint No.[protected] regarding dust coming from NRICH HD UV Water Purifier. I had purchased only on June this year, after that I had faced so many complaints. Now I had made an complaint on 8th December 2019. But till date they have not rectified the problem. If you don't have any solution, why you are selling your Water Purifier in Coimbatore District. I am fed up with your behavior this issue you can forward to your management

Here after I will never purchase your Water Purifier and also we won't recommend to anyone.

I was charged offline when sales agent came to my house for demo and was informed that I will get vacuum cleaner delivery In next 5 working days And invoices will be shared with me on the same date. I trusted what they said. Call which i had received after booking demo on your website, caller who claimed that he is a manager
In your company, said that if I will pay before 28th feb 20 I will get a free vaccum cleaner which cost around 5000 rs. It was a Good deal for me so I paid after the demo. So it was my mistake. I have to pay for this. My money is stuck till date with you. No refund is created till date. I request you to refund my money. I will not repeat my mistake in future to place any order with your Company and will let other people know about it so that they will not suffer like me. Now my money is with your Company. And I have to pay extra to bank for this order as I made emi of the amount paid to you Company. I made complaint to your customer service department too. But ni resolution. Can you give me my money back?it is about to complete 2 months. Because I made a big mistake to order with you. My 22000 rs is stuck.with you. You didn't deliver the order for which you charged me and not even refunding my money. Because of you people I am paying intrest to my bank.
Why are you not giving me my money back. As I hope you would have earned a lot of intrest from me and from other people like me to whom you are not refunding their money. For me as of now it's around 2 months but don't know about other people. Experience which I had with you is that you don't sell any products and just make people fool and keep their money. You charged me and never delivered the product .why you are not giving me my money back. How much time I still need to wait and how much interest you still want to earn from other people money?

I have not received my 21990 res. back to my sbi credit card throgh which I had paid to you to buy a vacuum cleaner and you are saying that my issue is resolved so here what I understood from your reply is, you are saying that you have used my money and I am not going to get that back? What kind of doubt you are talking about? Doubt that I will get my 21990rs. Back?
I have checked my internet credit card internet banking. I haven't received my 21990 rs back to my account.

I purchased the vacuum cleaner 10 days back on 4 June. The status on your website has not moved since the day of purchase.

The contact number[protected] given on the website does not answer.

I lodged an Order Tracking Enquiry on 14 Jun 2020 (Reference No: 801). I have not even received an acknowledgement regarding it even after 24 hours, a process which is normally automatic with all vendors.

Email sent to the email ID mentioned on the website ([protected]@eurekaforbes.com) has bounced back!
