[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — email id for complaint cell

Eurekaforbes cleverly designed their website to avoid any written complaint receipt. I tried all sources to find out to lodge a written complaint on poor service but no one is ready to give proper mail address. They gave [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, [protected]@eurekaforbes.com and all id's are bounced. If any one knows proper emai id please let me know.

I have water purifier worth 20000 . It worked one year with proper service. After filter change, 6months later there are problems, it always shows call symbol . The request is on hold from many days. They are not sending the technician. Customer support is no good. They are just the frauds. We have to boycott this brand. Not worth buying.

I use products of Eureka Forbes since 25 years, and currently I am using a product called geneus Aqua Guard of Eureka Forbes, there is a service issue in the Aqua Guard since 2 years, every time after multiple calls, they resolve our issue in the period of 15-20 days and sometimes even a moth or so.

We tried reaching the customer care on last Saturday, when one of your representative lifted, they provided us an invalid number saying that it is the number of the technician, and registered a complaint from our side, the complaint number is[protected] . Today one week is going to pass from the complaint day and yet I didn’t receive any response from the technician. I am not at all satisfied with the product as well as your service! We even paid a sum of Rs.5800/- last year in September month (September of 2020), for the service plan you guys offer, but yet I am not receiving any service or response from your side, we even have shortage of drinking water because of you guys at our house! Also because lack of water due to your bad service, we even are suffering from health issue and mental harassment, for this we are demanding u a compensation of Rs.1, 00, 000.00/- . We are going to shift to our new house in the month of July, and we are neither going to suggest others nor buy products of Eureka Forbes in the future.
Please send the technician by Monday(14/06/2021) on urgent basis, or else I will be forced to move through legal procedures.

We ordered a water purifier in Eureka Forbes Website online on 26th Sep'24 and delivery date mentioned on the website was 27th Sep'24 and money debited however no update on the delivery of product and false / no response for my emails sent to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com / [protected]@eurekaforbes.com/
[protected]@eurekaforbes.com. Initially they confirmed product dispatch which is false info / misleading customer with wrong details and later there is no response from them, They are cheating customers and customer care do not assist customer as is online purchase and we are left without any resolution.
