We lodged complaints more than 4-5 times after multiple request one engineer tanveer pasha f and he forced us to take amc rs 4455 (contract receipt no: 26599124 date:23/07/2016) over and above without bill he asked us to pay rs 200. and he did something after his visit our water filter is not working its continuously water leaking more than a week. there were 3 service tickets raised and close automatically, but no one visited my home till date.. issue still remains for my water filter. poor response by call center and worst service by eureka forbes. after amc purchase service become wors.

Hope you could consider this request and resolve our problem as early as possible without sending just a formal responses mails. thanks!!
