This has been one of the most frustrating customer-service experiences I have ever faced.
I purchased a paid service/AMC from Eureka Forbes on 5 November 2025 by paying ₹2, 687, believing that paying for a service plan would ensure timely and reliable support when required.
Unfortunately, my experience has been completely different.
I raised a service request on 6 September 2026. A technician visited on 7 September 2026 and identified a motherboard-related issue. He asked me to wait 3–4 days, saying that the required part would be arranged by the company.
I patiently waited.
After 4 days, when I contacted the technician, I was told that the required part was not available.
Since 10 September 2026, I have made multiple calls and followed up repeatedly until 26 September 2026, but my issue is still unresolved.
What hurts the most is not only the delay — it is the complete lack of accountability, responsibility and a clear timeline.
Every time I follow up, I have to explain the same issue again, wait for updates and make another call. As a customer who has already paid for a service plan, I should not have to continuously chase the company for basic service.
After being frustrated with the prolonged delay, I finally asked for a refund of the amount I paid for the service. The response was simply:
“Sorry, it is not refundable.”
So, where is the accountability?
No proper service.
No spare part availability.
No confirmed resolution timeline.
No satisfactory response.
And when I ask for a refund, I am told it is not refundable.
This is extremely disappointing and mentally exhausting for a customer who has already paid for the service.
If a company accepts payment for a service plan, it should also take responsibility for providing that service within a reasonable timeframe. Customers should not be left helpless after making the payment.
Eureka Forbes, I need a clear answer: If the company cannot provide the promised service, why should the customer be left with no resolution and no refund?
I sincerely hope the company takes responsibility, provides a concrete resolution, and addresses this matter instead of simply asking customers to keep waiting.
