After several emails to so called deepa @customercare.. After so many tickets, so many people doing formality responding to the email, wasting my time, after every department promising assuring yet first NO ONE CALLED NOR CAME TO SERVICE, CHANGE PARTS.. They don't have basic etiquette to call, take appointment. For 15 th june somebody came on 20th June without any kind of notice at 8 pm random to do servicing without the ordered parts and information, asked to take appointment, made complain, again agents from different dept called and the so called Nilesh koli some supervisor or WHATEVER of some area service team seems sent same dumb new technician WITHOUT APPOINTMENT AT ODD HOUR fir servicing just to get done with the complain without actually knowing the issue nor getting part nor notifying in any manner prior. And then again I CLEARLY told to come with part and APPOINTMENT.. They didn't bother. Again complaint, the escalation desk does normality to forward to respective dept, some lady calls, assures will send someone between 2-4 pm on 26 th.. No one comes.. I wait and wait.. When I call, escalate, she says will send next day.. Again no one calls. I call at 12 pm to check if anyone will come or I will end up wasting my day and keeping that time slot open. She confirms yes. But no one comes nor calls. And then finally some Nilesh Yadav comes at 6 pm.. Without calling.. When I tell him the time was 2-4 pm and why didn't he call before coming, he LIES on my face stating he called, spoke to someone who asked him to come at 5 30 pm. When I told there's no call, and am the only one, shows proof on phone, ask where did he call.. He started fumbling, first he said may be must have spoken to someone else, then said ohh there was network issue so he couldn't speak.. And so on.. He CLEARLY kept lying on my face when asked for proof. When realised he was caught, he said if can change part, i asked to come next day which is today, between 2 - 4 pm and make sure to call. And today, wasted whole day AGAIN. No one called nor turned up. It is so CLEAR that these guys are liars cheaters. They get duplicate filter, put duplicate filter and sell original and lie and no idea what all they do... Please REFUND MY FULL AMC. The filter kit in JAN with renewing was duplicate as water got slowed in two days. And no servicing no part changed. Was this information helpful? |
