Sir/Madam,
It is to inform you that your service engineer Mr. Nirupam Deb, M/no.- [protected], residing at Silchar, Cachar, Assam has done a fraud with me.
I have lodged a service request online at aqua guard for the servicing of my appliance and soon after my service request the service engineer as mentioned above has visited my home and serviced my appliance.
While his service he advised me to install a home water iron filter since the water contains huge amount of iron and its unhealthy.
And also suggested me that he may install the same and it will cost Rs.31000/-
So since he is a service engineer of such a reputed company I have trusted him and asked him to install the same but soon after 2 to 3 days of the installation I have found that the filter is not working and the quality of the water is very bad.
And after that I have called him various times and he assured me of removing the filter and paying me my money of Rs. 31000/- and out of 31000/- he also refunded me 13, 000/- but till date he has not refunded my balance amount and also not receiving my calls from last couple of days. Two months have already past after the installation.
After my incident I have enquired about him and found that I am not the only one with whom he had done the fraud but there are also others.
So, I kindly request you to look into the matter seriously as this type of engineer's is a threat to the company and also destroying the reputation of the company.
