Eureka Forbes — Free gift after renewal of AMC for 3 years
i have 3 years amc contract with eureka Forbes for Rs. 8700/- on[protected], the said company offer me free gift also send link by SMS to me, firstly the said link was not open with my divers, with help of eureka Forbes person working with company at goregaon office (Mahesh) Virvani on that link i book spykar bag as offer on that link, afterwards the link as me to pay Rs. 707/- towards Shipment Charges for delivered the free gift to me, i paid the said Rs 707/- to him by gpay, the said mahesh paid the same and booking were confirmed, mahesh also told me that the delivery take time for 40 days, but i got the spykar bag delivery on[protected], but i surprise and shock the free gift bag spykar is small bag and low quality having pries tag Rs. 1999/- and the same bag pries in our market not more than Rs. 150/-, i written email to company about the same, but company not take any bothering they give his agent email and ask me to contact then, free gift offer by the eureka Forbes, sms send by eureka and agent appointed by eureka, way i ask that agent i don't know the agent, i customer of eureka and i paid amc contact money to eureka, eureka have to sought out the said problem. give justice to his customer, this is Froud done by Eureka Forbes to with his good customer, be aware about this free gifting Froud public at large, company done cheatings with help of his appointing agent 360 In Ex Creation, the said cheating must stop by the company. please give my money back
