We have purchased water purifier which under warranty period. we requested for free service as water purifier not functioning properly on 15 March 25 vide service request no CM[protected]. However, it is not done despite repeated calls and emails to customer service centre. moreover, eureka app shows technician has started service on 15 march, whereas no one has called or visited. very poor and unprofessionalism on the part of eureka forbes. pl resolve the issue failing which matter will be taken legally with competenent authority for deficiency in services.
