My security alarm is giving beep sound every minute. I tried to get it resolved through their service portal. They assured they will send the technician within 48 hours, but it is more than 5 days and nobody has turned up. I have contacted the portal many times and they say they will escalate the issue. But it is still not resolved. I have an amc valid till 2017. My complaint number is [protected]. Strangely, the person who logs in the complaint says technicians are not cooperating.
