[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — I want to cancel the order. | |
I was told that the my product will be delivered on Mahashiv Ratri 4th March, I placed the order through Sales Person Mr Naveen. I told him to make sure the order is placed on muhurta of Shivaratri. I didnt get it. He didn't pick up my calls. In turn he texted me that he's in meeting/driving/call you later but he didnt called never from his side. Didn't even asked to call if the order is received. I am old customer for Dr Aquaguard, when was in maharashtra same issue faced. No proper service. I thought it would be good in bangalaore but its the same story. I want to cancel my order. The website doesn't have any link to cancel the order. The helpline number is not working. This is a cheat company with pathetic service/sales person. There was a complaint raised yesterday and I was told that with 24 hours I'll be reached to update the status but not done.
