What do I do in case I was to cancel my order before the shipment reaches me?
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by filling your Order Id and Product details here. Upon receiving your Cancellation Request we will initiate the refund process. The refund is made to the same bank account/ credit card/ debit card which was used to pay for the purchase. Please note that no refunds are made by cheque or cash.
There is no link from where you can cancel.

My contact number is same working 24/7. Your sales person is not receiving calls. He just says he'll call in 30 minutes but he doesn't. I think he is doing intentionally. Please take your product back and refund my money that's it.
I have updated the same in Complain No[protected]. If really care, please just come and take your product back and refund the money.
I have also stated that the NRICH HD RO/UV is wasting too much of water.
Your sales person gave false promises. I wanted to cancel the product but you sent the installations person after 100's of call with request. It was decided that the installation will be done with 2 in 1 connection for bore and river water. The installation person came without this. Sales person said within 2 days he'll come and fix the 2 in 1 connection but its been 4 days now. He's not receiving call also. I don't have time right now but when I get, i'll send you the images of messages he replied and what I got. We are paying for the product from the money we have earned after so much struggle and you people don't care about how customers feel.
IF YOU CARE, PLEASE TAKE YOUR PRODUCT BACK ASAP. I know with 30 days I can return the product no questions asked. But you know the reason already.
