[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — installation and services not provided by company

I had purchased an aquaguard genius a year back... And no one turned up for installation despite repeated calls to customer care. I finally got frustrated and fired the dealer from where i purchase the product and told them that i will throw the aquaguard back to him for selling a product that has rotten customer service. The dealer arranged for someone from his side to install the product for me.
Recently after 12 months a person from eureka forbes visited my home for servicing and told us that this is the last service we will be receiving when we got only one service i understand i am entitled 2 free services.
I am now moving to another apartment and i called customer care for installation and i was told that i have to pay for this service because it is a re-installation. My question to you is “how does this become a re-installation” when i did not get any installation in the first place. To get this resolved i have been talking to people by the name lakshmi (Have been talking to this lady for first installation 12 months back…she is of no use at all) today i have talked to varsha, again lakshmi, santosh, some group leader - praveen who in turn gave me the supervisor’s name and number (On insisting for it) they told me hemant will call me back on this …as usual i did not hear back from anyone. I tried calling hemant and his phone is constantly switched off.
Please be informed that i will file a consumer complaint online against eureka forbes and also escalate this to head of customer care - vinath hedge if things does not resolve at the earliest.

Despite of multiple complaints from last 2 weeks, our RO issue is not yet resolved.
In every complain, they are saying that tomoorw it will be resolved, but no visit.
Issue: There was some blockage due to dirty water supply. Engineer visited and clear the candle. After one of engineer visit, RO system got faulty and start giving water lekega issue and despite of almost 10 complain my problem is still not resolved.
Pls help me asap.
