Eureka Forbes — lvac pro robot vaccuum cleaner

I purchased Eureka Forbes Lvac pro robot vaccuum cleaner in oct 2024. It started having issues within 5 months o[censored]sage. The product was faulty so called customer care to repair. The technician who came to repair said he cannot do it and he needs to take it to his office to check fully. Till now i have been raising repeated complaints but they are not repairing/returning the product and nor are they giving me my money back. They only raise tickets but never take any action.
