I bought new AQUAGUARD AURA 2XLIFE RO+UV from Eureka Forbes on Mar 3rd, 2025 and the installed, after the day of installation the purifier is not working and the water is not clear. I have raised complaint on the Eureka Forbes app and the complains are not attended at all.
One of the technician visited in between and mentioned that there is a device in the purifier that got delivered as defective and needs replacement.
After this no one visited my house and the purifier is in not working state from March 5th till now.
The complains go without even getting attended, I have raised escalation on the complaints by creating new complains etc, talked to customer care but all my efforts are of waste and not even a single person from Eureka Forbes/service centers have called me till today.
Having bought a water purifier, we are still struggling to get water supplied in our house and the money I have spent seems to be of a waste.
There is not even a single person who is ready to take responsibility of the issue or no proper escalation mechanism even though the product is under warranty.

Complaints raised:
1. CM[protected] Raised on 17th March, no one attended, status is closed.
2. CM[protected] Raised on 7th April, service engineer visited and told there is a part that needs replacement and vanished after that, no response and the SR is closed without resolution.
3. CM[protected], raised on 24th April, still in Open status and not even a single person called.
Request you to please look into this and do the needful. Please let me know if you need any other details.
