I purchased a water purifier on 8- april 2017. Since then i am calling your customer care each day and trying to get someone for the free installation. But as it is free and company is not willing to provide any free service, no one is coming for installation.
I have tried 10 days and 20 calls to customer care. Each day they told me, someone will call you back and visit your home. But no call came and no person came for installation.
I got a message to provide feedback. I provided "0" rating for the customer service. Suddenly i got calls from customer care and they told me someone will call you. I got call from "[protected]" number and he told that he will visit my home on 18-april. But no one came. When i called him on 19-april, he very shamelessly told "ohh i forgot". Then i requested him to please come on 19-april. That day also he did not come.
I am being harassed by your fraud company and fraud employees. I am not going to my office in order to get the installation done. But no one is coming for installation and my leaves from office are going wasted. Was this information helpful? |
