I purchased a new AquaGuard Water purifier-
AquaGuard Nova UV+UF+HMS SS on 09th Feb 2025.
I have paid the full amount in Cash and requested for the Invoice for which the Salesman said that he will get it generated next day (Monday) as it was a holiday when the installation was done.
Till date I have not received any invoice which will activate my Product Warranty. The Salesman is giving excuses in the name of Technical Issues. Upon insistence he gave me an invoice in the name of the Sales Agency with a lot of conditions which holds no value
I am suspecting this to be malfunctioning product for which they have no record in their Inventory and is avoiding generating the invoice.
The reason for my suspicion is that he promised a 7-stage purification system consisting of 7 filters and while installation there were just 4 filters. I am unsure about the filtering process as well
The Salesman is an Authorised Aqua Guard personnel. I connected with him through the official AquaGuard Helpline.
I would want the Company to take back the Product and return my amount in full.
