I purchased Aquaguard Aura UV U[censored]nit on March 9th 2021. Unit stopped working after 2 months. Since then, its been almost 2 months and I've got not a single update on the resolution. from the customer service I've raised 3 complaints on aquaguard customer service, wrote emails on their escalation channels (Deepa customer care and the CEO escaltion). Nobody has cared to respond back. Complaint tickets get closed automatically after few weeks. I've to purchase purified water daily since the unit stopped working. They don't provide details on when they'll be able to resolve my issue. This is the worst and most reckless customer service I've ever seen. I totally understand that services get impacted due to COVID, but you can't use that excuse forever at the cost of customer inconvenience. You should at least update your customer about how long the fix will take, and what progress you've made.
Desired resolution:
Please get me refund from this company as I don't trust their product and service for even a penny. They can take back thir unit from my house, as its nothing more than trash box for me.
If they can't refund, I want a fix/new unit with 1 extra year of warranty, to compensate for the 2months of inconvenience and for external water purchases.
