This request is being raised for my father’s (Late Ashok Kumar Choudhary) Eureka Forbes account in Patna.
After purchasing the AMC on 12th March, no executive has visited to replace the filters and service my eureka Forbes. When they finally visited after escalation on 14th March’24 they asked me to reschedule the appointment before they could start the service as they wanted to meet their SLA. This is highly unprofessional and against the established service protocols. When I refused, they left without completing the service.
After which I have written two complaints and even spoken to the customer support team but even now on 17th March’24 there has not been a single call or effort to close my request from your end. This was raised to grievance team also but no response from their end as well.
Now we are not available in Patna for next 3 to 4 months. I have essentially been ripped off by the company and they are also refusing the provide the refund. No single person has contacted me to address the issue till date. I am now in Bangalore and need support to close the issue. Was this information helpful? |
