Dear sir, please note the following:
1. I made amc with your company for two years vide contact receipt no :0255676 on 16/06/2018.
2. Your technician during attending service request no[protected], show me the attached service card and told me that i have nothing due against above amc
In this contest i want to draw your attention to the following facts:
= there was no self visit of the service provider after 8th feb.
= i made the service request for "providing spare and service as per amc
= i got no spare as per amc for the 2nd year 16/06/2019 to 15/06/2020
=in service card where it showing the replacement of 3 pices is a makeshift paper and the date is also looking fabricated.
= it also shows that in the service card that there was 2 visit with in 15 days and spare was provided advance the continuation of the 2nd term-which is hard to digest.
=. I think it will be easily to find out for yourself to find out the replacement date from the product serial and inventory record.
= your technician during attending service request no[protected] told that the filter is unserviceable and urgently need of spare replacement.
Pl note that the filter machine is needed urgent rectification as the out coming water is very low and. I should not suffer for purchasing best of your product and having amc with you.
Company have not attended since feb and came in action after expiry of amc. The comp[any did not replaced anything during my 2nd year term.in the environment of covid-19 where every thing (License/policy tenure, tax timing) getting extended then why not your amc limit? I think it is company's part of duty to maintain the terms of contract.
It is my view that i should get my filter serviced and spare change as per my early contract with out any charge.
