I have been patronising Aqua Guard water filter since 1997. In August 2021 I contacted your call centre through WhatsApp for a product upgrade demo. The call centre sent one Somnath Chatterjee along with Kaushik Banerjee to my residence. Both said they were from the Ajoy Nagar office of Eureka Forbes. After I paid them for a new water purifier, they handed me a handwritten 'invoice' for the purchase. The handwritten bill is attached for your perusal.
At that time of purchase, when I asked them for a computer generated invoice, they told me that the handwritten invoice will suffice.
Now more than six months have elapsed, still my product is not registered in your database. I have repeatedly been pursuing Somnath Chatterjee ( phone number [protected]) but he is not cooperating in any manner. I have also contacted your central help line number through phone and WhatsApp, but clearly your help line is staffed with people completely ignorant about what needs to be done. In fact one person had the audacity to tell me that I had no reason to complain when the product has been delivered to me. If your organization shares the same stand regarding my complaint and believes that your responsibility ends with mere delivery of product without furnishing any documentary proof of purchase, then that is very unfortunate.
Hence I request you to take immediate measures to get my product registered on your database by generating a computer generated invoice, so that I can avail of the free maintenance facilities.
