Eureka Forbes — Non servicing of Eureka forbes water filter / collecting AMC money again

I have been booking complaints continuously for my Eureka Forbes Water filter from April 05th 2025 and it has not been attended to still.
My AMC was expiring on april 23rd and it went on asking me to renew the AMC and I did that also. in spite of repeated complaints, nobody has visited or attended to my complaint.
