Eureka Forbes — Not attending aqua flow water filter service request for more than 10 days | |||
Hello im Ramesh from Mankhurd Mumbai & registered my service request for repair of my Aquaflo water filter on 25 Oct on ur company call center number 39883333 and my request id was [protected]. Not a single sole from eureka forbes called up / visited /responded/ attended to my service request till 02 Nov 15 inspite of calling on the same number at least 3 to 4 times a day everyday. Finally i got it repaired through one local mechanic due to ur irresponsible, arrogant, behavior. This shows the pathetic customer service of Eureka forbs. I made a mistake and regret for buying ur product. I will never repeat a mistake of buying any of Eureka Forbes product in my life time and further i will recommend the same to my colleges, friends and relatives. Was this information helpful? | |||
